Kinetic’s fabrication shop is
a unique race car, vehicle restoration, and component fabrication
facility located within the Kinetic complex. The shop specializes
in full chassis construction / restoration for race cars, as
well as street performance vehicles.
Kinetic Fabrication and Machining has the most advanced fabrication
processes and equipment. The team includes certified TIG and
MIG welders in addition to journeyman level machinists having
a long history of producing the highest quality components and
cars available. The fabrication department has an abundance
of high tech tools and machinery to produce superior products. |

Paint
and Body >
Kinetic Paint and Body offers services in-house to complete
any job from custom air brushing to a complete paint job. The
paint and body department has the ability to handle any composite
needs from carbon fiber body panels, energy absorbent safety
structures, composite mold building to production runs of carbon
fiber dress up fascias and aftermarket parts. Kinetic can also
provide custom graphics, decals and advertising to make your
vehicle unique and stand out on the field or on the road. |
Electronics >
The Kinetic electronics department is a high tech automotive
wiring and electronics division that produces wiring harnesses
for all forms of competition cars and street vehicles. The electronics
staff has extensive experience in the production and maintenance
of automotive and aerospace quality harness systems, engine management,
data acquisition, and chassis harnesses. The department produces
both new harnesses and reconditions existing ones using computer
modeling to exact specifications and produce the perfect harness
for any project big or small.
Kinetic can tailor any level of support desired to ensure the
reliability and performance of your electronics package. The
department stocks all related components for harness repair,
engine and car sensors, harness construction, data acquisition
packages and components as well as a full laboratory of testing
equipment. |

modeling, simulation resources and software programs available.
Engineers use new state-of-the-art SPA shock dyno and complete
damper development programs to fully optimize any suspension
package. With the many CAD and dynamic simulation software packages,
including AutoCAD, Solid Works with Cosmos, Win GEO, Win Gears,
Matlab, and many proprietary vehicle dynamic programs Kinetic
can fulfill your engineering needs.
The engineering department also has a long history of winning
races and championships that can help take any project to the
winner circle. Engineers work closely with the composites and
fabrication departments on all aspects of structural considerations,
safety, performance, and reliability for all the products Kinetic
manufactures. Services are available on many different levels
giving Kinetic the ability to develop an engineering program
